These terms are provided by Race Online Hungary Kft. ("Provider"), 5000 Szolnok, Csokonai utca 22., Hungary.

Scope of service
Race Online Hungary Kft. develops and operates software and online services under its official domains. Features and availability may evolve over time.
Use of service
Users must use the services lawfully and must not attempt unauthorized access, abuse, or disruption of systems.
Data roles
For customer business data processed in hosted software, the customer is the data controller and Race Online Hungary Kft. acts as data processor according to contractual terms and applicable law.
Liability and availability
Services are provided on a best-effort basis unless a separate written SLA applies. The Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable Hungarian and EU law unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
